On 14th July 2025, GSS BCA College organized a Placement Guidance Session for Final Year BCA students to help them prepare for careers in Multinational Companies (MNCs). The session focused on key areas such as understanding MNC work environments, the different stages of the selection process (Aptitude, Technical, and HR rounds), resume building, and professional networking through LinkedIn.
Students were guided on how to create impactful resumes tailored to IT roles and how to maintain a strong LinkedIn profile to connect with recruiters and industry professionals. The session was conducted by Prof. Girish S. Mattikop and Dr. Jalaja Udoshi, bringing academic and industry perspectives together. Prof. Shweta Dalvi coordinated the event efficiently.
The session was highly interactive and informative, aiming to boost the students' confidence and readiness for both campus and off-campus placement drives. It reflects the college's dedication to student career development and industry preparedness.
